Ken Arsenault

I have been involved with natural bodybuilding competition for over 20 years. Currently, I am a competitor, promoter and judge in the OCB (Organization of Competitor Bodybuilders). In my opinion, has the best amateur competitors in the country. One that I am proud to support. At 47 I am still competing and continue to strive to improve with every show.

Over the years I have competed in the ANBC, OCB, NGA, and INBF. Like most natural bodybuilders, I have had my share of successes and disappointments on stage. Bodybuilding has been a great part of my life. I compete for fun and for the friendships I continue to make along the way. I plan on continuing to compete, judge, and support natural bodybuilding as long as I'm healthy and motivated. My long term goal is to one day become a show promoter.  To everyone along the way who has been apart of any success I've had, or supported my goals as a bodybuilder.... Thank you.

I'm married to the love of my life (Shelly), have three daughters, one son, two grand daughters, and one grandson.

Our extended family consists of 7 shelties (yes...eight), and one cat.

I work from home developing software solutions used by the Nuclear Power Industry.

I recently co-promoted my first OCB show. The OCB Bay State Natural was held July 11th, 2009 in Northampton, MA. It was a huge success, and I'm looking forward to promoting 3 more shows in 2010.

I will be bringing the OCB to New Hampshire for the first time. The 2010 OCB Old Man on the Mountain will be held May 29th in Durham, NH. Next, again the 2010 Bay State, with the addition of the IFPA Women's Physique Pro Bowl will be held on June 26th in Northampton, MA. My final promotion of the season will the the 2010 OCB Never Surrender show in Enfield, CT in August.

I'm am the webmaster of this website. It is a passion that ranks right up there with promoting and competing. I've met the greatest people through my participation in the OCB / IFPA.

It's an honor to be involved with all of this... the website, the organization, and the great friends I've made along the way.
