Katie Carron

The other IFPA Pro member of the Carron family, Katie's accomplishments are a compliment to her hard work and great physique.

In 2007 Katie decided to take the stage in the very show James and she have been promoting for the past several years. Along with helping James prepare the show, she also trained herself into top condition. She ended up taking 1st in the Figure Masters, 1st in the Figure Open Tall, and for the icing on the cake.... took the overall and her Pro card.

Having almost no time to enjoy her win at the Cape Cod Natural, she jumped right in with seasoned veterans at the 2007 IFPA Yorton Cup. She placed 6th out of 11 competitors and proved her win was no fluke just weeks earlier.

This year Katie decided she would join James in competing in the 2008 IFPA Yorton Cup Pro International. Again she placed 6th in an extremely competitive class.

Besides being a top Figure competitor, she's also an important part of Team Carron when it comes to promoting the Cape Cod Natual / IFPA Gaspari Nutrition Pro Classic each year.

Katie and James are the hardest working couple in bodybuilding!

The biggest compliment I can give to them is that there is nothing I wouldn't do to help either one of them. I am a huge fan of both of them,  and of their show. I have competed in their show 2 of the last 3 years and judged it the other.

Katie has been involved in the fitness industry for over 15 years. She has competed in natural competitions since 1996 and most recently obtained her IFPA Pro card as a figure competitor. Katie is a Certified Website Designer and maintains both The Cape Cod Nutrition Corner's website as well as The Top Supplements Online website while continuing to be a fulltime mom to her and James' two beautiful children, James and Alexis.
