Jason Blanchard

Jason has been training off and on since he was 14, first for high school sports, then for rugby in college. He also gave power lifting a brief try in his mid-20s. Jason got serious about bodybuilding training and competing in 2004 after attending a local show.

Jason won his Pro Card at the 2006 NGA Natural USA, in Houston, TX and competed in the 2007 Yorton Cup Pro Men's division placing 15th. I was at the show and it was the toughest Professional class I had ever seen.

Jason really enjoys the sport of natural bodybuilding, and has had the privilege of judging for the OCB and NGA the last two years. He thinks anyone who competes and wants to be a better competitor, should sit at the judges table at least once. Talk about changing your perspective! I completely agree....

Jason has been married to his wonderful (and patient) wife for 11.5 years, in the last couple of years, she has become an expert at applying pro tan . They have a couple of spoiled dogs, but no kids. Jason lives and works in Los Alamos, NM, a small, strange town northwest of Santa Fe, NM. He's a project manager at Los Alamos National Lab. Jason has lived in NM most of his life, with a few years of his childhood in Texas, and a few years in Michigan while his wife was in grad school. Jason also enjoys carpentry, wood working, steel fabrication, 4-wheeling (and working on) with his Toyota 4Runner.
