Kareem Petteway

The first thing that comes to mind when describing Kareem is... he's just the nicest competitor / person to be around. I met him at the 2006 Spirit of America show where I was test judging my first OCB show. Kareem and Doug Miller who were judging the show, sat just to my left.

It had been several years since I had been to a show, and here I am sitting next to Kareem Petteway and Doug Miller........

Having just placed 2nd out of 21 competitors at this years IFPA Yorton Cup Pro International show, what more could I say about him as a competitor? He defines the meaning of a "balanced physique". He has what could be described as a classic physique, and he highlights it with flawless posing. I love watching him compete, and love hanging out with him behind the judges table. He never stops laughing, smiling, or telling a great story.

When Reemo, as he's called by many of his friends, isn't competing or judging, he somehow  finds time to promote the OCB Presidential Cup, and co promotes the OCB Eastern Regional show.
